The novices traveled to Lowell for the Lowell Novice Challenge, while the varsity stayed home on Sunday to compete in the WWRI. The novice girls showed some great speed  grabbing a bronze in the 2nd eight. The 1st eight continued their reign with the fastest time in  their flight. The novice boys revealed signs of speed as well. The 2nd and 3rd novice eights both finished second in their flights. The first novice eight finished the day off with a big win, cruising to an open water victory in their flight.

On Sunday, the varsity squads hosted some of the best teams in the region  in coxed fours. The morning hosted some great racing with the girls team sweeping all five heats and the boys posting strong results against some great competition. Unfortunately, the racing was brought to an early end in the afternoon due to high winds.  See article.
